Kevlar Fiber is a trade name of aramid (polyparaphenylene terephthalamide), a synthetic fiber having a high strength (five times stronger than steel).For the first time Kevlar was received by the Stefanie Kvolke group in 1964 at the American company DuPont®, the technology of production was developed by the same company in 1965, since its beginnings in the 1970s it began its commercial use.
